  • You asked for more comprehensive merchandise tracking - With Sage DacEasy 2012, you can track merchandise through the entire sales cycle.  Bin numbers for all items are listed not only on the invoices, but on the return forms as well.  This means you can accurately see which products are shipped and which are returned, and then quickly identify the bin into which returned items should go.

  • You wanted clearer payroll codes - You can now create custom titles more in line with your company's own terminology.  You'll have more control on what is displayed within Sage DacEasy Payroll, such as on the interface, reports, pay checks, and direct deposits advices.  Your employees will feel more confident and less confused about what their paycheck data really means.

 System Requirements for 2012:

  • Windows 7, Windows Vista, XP Professional, Windows  Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003.  Note: Windows Terminal Services and Windows XP fast user switching not supported.  DacEasy 2012 supports both the 64-bit and 32-bit editions of Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.
  • Pentium III or equivalent running at a minimum of 3.0 GHz.
  • 1 GB of free RAM recommended.
  • Hard disk drive with 80MB of hard disk space available for each module.
  • VGA Display (256 or more colors) with at least 800x600 resolution, 1024x768 recommended.  SVGA 800x600 minimum for Windows Vista.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel 2007, 2003 or XP.
  • Simple MAPI compliant e-mail program to send e-mails.

If your business is still running on DacEasy Version 16 or earlier than 2012 would be a great upgrade for you!
